Jola House Shop

I had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia to meet up with some friends for Jola House's pop up shop. This clothing brand sells colorful, stylish, clothes that gives back to women in Liberia and other parts of Africa. I had the greatest time meeting with the owner of Jola House along with family and friends. I cannot wait to show you guys the cute piece I bought that I plan to wear for Afropunk Fest! I enjoyed learning more about their cause and what goes behind making all of their clothes. You can learn more about this organization here.

If you guys like this makeup look let me know, the extreme blush was inspired by Anime characters of course. As for further details this dress is old because it's actually from Hollister (I know omg) and this wig is not new to my collection either. This is actually my Outre Dominican Curly wig in DR2730 that I've worn plenty of times on Instagram I just tweaked it a bit by adding bangs to it! No cutting was involved but it's very hard to explain how I pulled it off so I will create a separate blog post about how I did it since it's super cute and it looks like a whole new wig.
